Qualifications

• Onboard new clients and gather paperwork by account type.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers and vendors.
• Identify complex requests regarding accounts, contributions and distributions.

Responsibilities

• Assist new clients through onboarding, coordinating with internal teams.
• Serve as liaison to ensure high-quality client service and accurate CRM records.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, ACATs, transfers, rebalancing and redemptions.
• Generate client proposals with guidance from Managers.
• Update internal platforms with timely marketing materials.
• Support VP, Operations on special projects.
• Develop vendor relationships to support client accounts.
• Assist in evolving custodian technology for Schwab, Fidelity and NFS.
