Job summary

Lenox Asset Management is seeking an Asset Management Associate to execute client onboarding and ongoing service across managed portfolios, fixed and variable annuities. The role requires liaising with Relationship Managers, asset managers, and clients to deliver high-quality service.

You will handle deposits/withdrawals, generate proposals, and support special projects while staying current with broker-dealer and custodian technologies.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of equity and bond markets, trusts, and securities transfer laws.
• MOSAIC proficiency: basic tasking and arrays, plus advanced Net Flow Reporting and event process management.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and Relationship Managers.
• Learn systems and procedures quickly, organizing workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist new clients through onboarding, identifying required paperwork for each account type.
• Communicate with clients, Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and MMLISI during onboarding.
• Act as liaison between Asset Managers and other business partners to provide high-quality client service.
• Identify complex requests regarding accounts and promptly escalate to leadership.
• Manage deposits and withdrawals including wire transfers, ACATs, rebalances, and redemptions.
• Generate client proposals with guidance from Relationship Managers and Asset Managers.
• Update internal marketing platforms with timely materials for investment programs.
• Support the VP, Operations Manager with special projects as required.
• Develop relationships with Lenox vendors for account maintenance.
• Use Mosaic and other platforms, understanding system interactions.
