Job summary

Lenox Advisors, a subsidiary of NFP, is seeking an Asset Management Associate to serve as the central contact for running operations in the asset management division. The AMA liaises with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and clients to support new and existing business across led portfolios, fixed annuities and variable annuities.

The role emphasizes onboarding, client service, and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality service and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior investment/client relationship experience.
• Familiar with investment solutions for high net worth clients and asset allocation strategies.
• Experience with broker-dealer and CRM workflows (Mosaic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and gather required paperwork for new accounts.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, and vendors to deliver client service.
• Process investments, contributions, distributions, and transfers (ACATs, wire transfers).
• Prepare client proposals with guidance from Relationship Managers.
• Maintain and update internal marketing platforms with timely materials.
• Support leadership on special projects and vendor relationships.
• Develop expertise in evolving custodian technology (Schwab, Fidelity, NFS) and related platforms.
