Job summary

Lenox Advisors is seeking an Asset Management Associate to serve as the primary operations contact within the asset management division. You will liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, Vendors, and broker-dealers to onboard new clients and process accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and investments.

You will develop client proposals, maintain marketing materials, and support leadership on special projects while expanding knowledge of Mosaic, A360, ProGen, and other platforms used across

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior investment/client relationship/sales experience.
• Familiar with sophisticated investment solutions specifically built for high net worth individuals.
• Proficient in development of asset allocation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by gathering required account paperwork and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between Asset Managers and partners to deliver high-quality client service.
• Identify complex requests and escalate to Lenox Asset Management Leadership when needed.
• Lead deposits, withdrawals, wires, ACATs, and portfolio rebalancing with advisors and vendors.
• Generate client proposals with Relationship Managers and Asset Managers.
• Update internal marketing platforms with timely marketing materials.
• Support VP, Operations Manager in special projects.
• Develop relationships with vendors to maintain client accounts.
• Assist Relationship Managers in Asset Management activities.
• Develop expertise in broker-dealer technology integration for new accounts.
• Stay current on custodian technology (Schwab, Fidelity, NFS, etc.).
