Job summary

Lenox Advisors seeks an Asset Management Associate to serve as the central operations contact for onboarding, client servicing, and relationship management within Lenox’s asset management division. The AMA collaborates with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and brokers to support new and existing business across portfolios and accounts.

The role requires handling complex requests, coordinating deposits and transfers, and generating client proposals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' investment, client relationship, or sales experience.
• Familiar with high-net-worth investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new clients and determine required paperwork for different accounts.
• Act as liaison between Asset Managers and partners to ensure high-quality client service.
• Identify complex requests and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, ACATs, rebalancing, and redemption requests.
• Generate client proposals with guidance from Relationship Managers and Asset Managers.
• Support updating internal marketing platforms with timely materials.
• Assist VP, Operations Manager on special projects.
• Develop vendor relationships to maintain client accounts.
• Support Relationship Managers in Asset Management activities and reporting.
• Become proficient with custodian technology and in-house systems (Mosaic, A360, ProGen, WealthScape).
