Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Asset Management Middle Office & Reconciliation to work in Austin, TX and Southlake, TX. The role focuses on gathering and detailing requirements, supporting reconciliations across multiple platforms, and translating needs into user stories and data specs.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering, QA, data, architecture, and vendors to implement integrations, reporting, testing, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, functional, and data requirements for reconciliation and middle office initiatives.
• Support cash, position, transaction reconciliation across internal systems, custodians, accounting platforms, and data providers.
• Translate needs into user stories, process maps, data mappings, specifications, test scenarios, and procedures.
• Partner with engineering, QA, data, architecture, and vendor teams on integrations, reporting, testing, implementation, and support.
