Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years in business operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory.
• Experience analyzing large datasets to find trends and gaps.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; internal systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor acquisition of commercial assets from planning to warehouse delivery.
• Maintain records of assets including capitalization, invoicing, and inventory.
• Review asset requests from Sales, ensuring proper documentation.
• Schedule delivery, installation, and placement of assets at retail locations.
• Coordinate asset maintenance, repair, retrieval, and disposition with vendors.
• Perform periodic asset inventories and audits to verify records.
• Act as a liaison across Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Admin, and others to improve workflow.
• Analyze and report KPIs related to procurement, inventory, and asset placement.
• Support Salesforce adoption to track asset lifecycle data and visibility.
• Identify data gaps and trends to reduce rework and improve response times.
• Support training and adoption of business systems and processes.
