Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Several years of business or systems analysis experience in financial services or fintech.
• Asset management middle office reconciliation experience and data issue resolution.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with ability to read technical mappings, logs, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, functional, and data requirements for reconciliation and middle office initiatives.
• Support cash, position, and transaction reconciliation across systems, custodians, and data providers.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, data mappings, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, data, architecture, and vendor teams on integrations, reporting, testing, and support.
