Job summary

District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) seeks a Manager of Asset Management to lead the Asset Management program across the Wastewater Treatment Operations. The role focuses on planning, data integrity, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and procurement.

You will supervise staff, manage Maximo CMMS and asset records, and develop cost effective strategies with the Director of Operations & Process Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Nine years of progressive experience related to maintenance of industrial/process equipment.
• Experience administering a computerized maintenance management system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate Asset Management activities across units.
• Lead Asset Management program and asset records management.
• Oversee Maximo asset records, parts lists, and work plans.
• Manage budgetary requests for equipment and materials.
• Ensure safety and compliance in operations.
