Job summary

DMI seeks a Maximo Development Lead to join our team supporting WMATA and enterprise asset management initiatives. This role requires hands-on Maximo expertise, strong PM oversight, and an ability to design, implement, and optimize complex systems across multiple AMS applications.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of technical experience, IBM WebSphere and MIF knowledge, and a track record of improving data integration, archiving, and high availability.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting cost/benefit analysis related to Maximo implementations and its supporting systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the asset management framework and processes per IAM.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles and recording of transactions.
• ERP end-to-end business processes experience.
• Experience with multiple transit agencies and transit business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project management tasks and document generation per WMATA guidance.
• Manage projects as assigned and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Present oral/written reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support enterprise complex projects.
• Provide QA/QC, risk management, and ensure standards compliance.
• Provide Maximo design, data archiving, and HA/DR planning for AMS applications.
