Job summary

RTD is seeking a data‑driven asset management professional to support asset owners in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to minimize life‑cycle costs, maximize asset value and manage risk. This role contributes to FTA required State of Good Repair assessments and helps embed asset management best practices across RTD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and data in asset management.
• Proficiency with asset cost, risk, performance, and decay modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops asset management good practice to improve capability.
• Interacts with asset owners, maintenance techs, and contractors to collect data.
• Develops criteria for asset condition verification and component change intervals.
• Authors and analyzes asset level condition, performance, and resource projections.
• Conducts asset condition assessments.
