Job summary

Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Denver, CO seeks a Manager, Data Sciences and Analytics, to lead the development and application of data science methods, modeling, and analytics to support RTD’s Asset Management program.

You will collect and interpret rich data, design new data relationships, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to stakeholders; supervise staff and foster an inclusive, safety-conscious culture while advancing RTD’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
• 5+ years of data analytics and/or data visualization experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Asset Management information to identify optimal solutions for decision making.
• Gather and interpret rich data sets and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee Asset Management data warehouses and analytical systems to ensure data quality and availability.
• Lead staff, recruit, coach, and manage performance to meet goals and standards.
