Job summary

MBTA is seeking an Asset Information Manager to govern and improve enterprise asset information across infrastructure, facilities, and assets. The role focuses on data governance, quality control, and lifecycle management within the EAMS environment.

The position collaborates with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Capital Delivery, and IT to ensure reliable data for decision-making and regulatory reporting, including TAM and NTD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 5 years in asset management or related fields.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with enterprise asset information and lifecycle management.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare technical reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset information management for assigned infrastructure and assets.
• Establish data governance standards and asset information processes.
• Manage asset inventories, condition assessments, and EAMS data.
• Develop QA/QC processes to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, IT, GIS.
• Prepare technical reports and executive briefings.
