Job summary

Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a data-driven Asset Management Analyst to support state of good repair assessments. You will collect and analyze asset data, develop condition criteria, and drive decisions that minimize lifecycle costs while maximizing asset value.

The role requires 3+ years in data analysis/mining, experience with EAM/MRS, and a strong grounding in asset management principles. A bachelor’s degree and IAM certification commitments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and data, preferably in asset management.
• 3+ years of data mining.
• 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Maintenance Reporting Systems (MRS).
• Certification in Asset Management from IAM within two years of hire and Diploma in Asset Management within five years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and embeds asset management good practice to improve capability.
• Interacts with asset owners, maintenance technicians, and contractors to collect data.
• Develops assessment criteria for asset condition and component change intervals.
• Authors, analyzes and interprets asset level condition and performance reports.
• Conducts asset condition assessments.
