Job summary

Regional Transportation District seeks a data-driven Asset Management Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret asset data to minimize lifecycle costs and maximize value. You will assess asset condition, collaborate with owners and technicians, and help determine replacement intervals.

The role requires strong data mining, EAM/MRS experience, and certification progress in asset management, with communication and MS Office proficiency as core assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics or related field.
• At least three years of experience analyzing business processes and data in asset management.
• At least three years of data mining experience.
• At least three years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Maintenance Reporting Systems.
• Certification in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management within two years, plus a Diploma within five years.
• Strong ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to manage time and workload.

Responsibilities

• Develops asset management practice to continuously improve capability.
• Interacts with asset owners, maintenance technicians, and contractors to collect data.
• Develops criteria for asset condition and replacement intervals.
• Authors and interprets asset level reports and projections.
• Conducts asset condition assessments.
• All job-related duties as assigned.
