Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to govern MEP asset data, embed asset management processes, and support regional capital planning. You will drive adoption of CBRE asset tools, ensure data quality, and collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to deliver accurate, timely asset information.

The role involves managing asset data across regional portfolios, supporting maintenance strategy, and producing data quality reports for regional leads.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management or related field.
• 5+ years in FM engineering, asset management, or technical operations.
• Experience with CMMS implementation, migration, or data quality improvement programmes.
• Knowledge of asset data governance, lifecycle management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern asset data quality across regional sites and ensure standard naming conventions and data hierarchies.
• Embed asset data collection into regional engineering operations and drive adoption of CBRE assets tools.
• Support capital planning with asset condition, age, and maintenance history data.
• Operate and maintain the data layer (CMMS, Asset App, Power BI, Azure SQL) and produce data quality reports.
• Engage with T1V leads, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure data standards and governance.
