Job summary

Lenox Advisors in New York seeks an Asset Management Associate to support onboarding, client service, and operational workflows across the asset management division.

You will liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, and vendors, manage deposits/withdrawals, process trades and ACATs, and help maintain Mosaic and other platforms. 1-3 years of experience preferred; strong communication and market knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of equity and bond markets, trusts, and security transfers.
• MOSAIC: basic tasking and arrays; able to run reports and workflows.
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients and Relationship Managers.
• Learns systems quickly and prioritizes workload efficiently.
• Anticipates issues and develops contingency plans.
• Proactive, self-starter; strong problem-solving mindset.
• Urgency to solve problems and deliver positive service.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and gather paperwork by investment/account type.
• Serve as liaison among Asset Managers, Partners, and vendors.
• Identify complex requests and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Lead deposits/withdrawals, wire transfers, ACATs, and rebalances.
• Generate client proposals with Relationship Managers/Asset Managers.
• Update internal platforms with marketing materials.
• Support special projects for VP, Operations.
• Develop vendor relationships to support client accounts.
• Act as operational resource for Asset Management activities.
• Develop expertise in custodian tech (Schwab, Fidelity, NFS) and platforms.
