Job summary

Lenox Advisors, a subsidiary of NFP and an Aon company, seeks an Asset Management Associate to coordinate onboarding, client service, and relationship management for high-net-worth individuals. Youll liaise with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, and vendors to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in investment/client relations and a solid understanding of asset allocation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years investment/client relationship experience.
• Experience with high net worth clients and asset allocation strategies.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and relationship management across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and gather required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, and vendors.
• Process transactions and maintain client records in Mosaic.
