Lenox Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP and an Aon company, seeks an Asset Management Associate to coordinate operations within Lenox’s asset management division. The AMA serves as the central contact for onboarding, client service, and transaction processing across portfolios and annuities.

You will work with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, Vendors, and broker-dealers, maintain the Mosaic CRM, and support special projects for the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of investment/client relationship or sales experience.
• Familiar with high net-worth investment solutions.
• Able to develop asset allocation strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with quick learning.

Responsabilités

• Assist new clients through onboarding and gather required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Asset Managers, vendors, and broker-dealers.
• Process transfers, deposits, ACATs, and account maintenance.
• Generate client proposals with guidance from advisors.
• Maintain client data in the Mosaic CRM.
• Support special projects for VP and Operations Manager.
