NexCore Group is seeking an Analyst to support financial oversight of operating properties and developments, focusing on budget review, cash flow forecasting, debt covenants, and reporting to capital partners and leadership.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong Excel skills and a proactive work ethic, offering exposure across a vertically integrated real estate company—from development through stabilized operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commercial real estate, or a related field.
• 0-2 years' experience in real estate, financial analysis or accounting; internships count.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Yardi or ARGUS is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with senior team members and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly financial statements for Senior Living communities and analyze variances.
• Track occupancy, move-ins/out, and prepare weekly reports for capital partners.
• Prepare monthly executive summaries in coordination with operating partner.
• Maintain Excel models tracking operating results, forecasts, and debt compliance.
• Monitor cash balances and forecast cash needs for operations and capital projects.
• Prepare distribution calculations and model disposition scenarios.
• Calculate debt covenants (DSCR, debt yield, LTV) and flag risks.
• Assist in reviewing annual operating budgets and capital plans.
• Gather market data on occupancy, rates, competition, and supply.
• Support Life Science portfolio budgets, tenant improvements, and debt covenants.
• Build relationships with internal teams and operating partners.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
