Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join the Development Team in Dallas. You will analyze property-level performance—leasing, income, expenses, and cash flow—and support reporting to lenders and partners.

You will assist regional directors in valuation, reforecasting, budgeting, and disposition processes. The role requires 1+ years in real estate finance, a finance/economics-related bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills with brokers, lenders, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analysis of development assets with pro-forma and financial models.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and prepare market reports.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, institutional and equity partners, lenders, and owners.
• Assist in documenting findings that affect return and financial performance of deals.
• Monitor status of transactions and new product deliveries within the region.
• Coordinate with consultants on real estate tax matters.
• Assist in annual asset-level business plan preparation and budgeting.
