Job summary

The FP&A Analyst at NexCore will drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the corporate finance function and decentralized operating companies, translating financial data into actionable insights.

The role blends financial analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic partnering with operating company leadership to support growth, working with Excel, ERP/BI tools, and data visualization platforms in a dynamic, acquisitions-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, consulting, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Snowflake, Sage Intacct or BuildOps strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and driver-based models across NexCore and partner operating companies.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results versus budget/forecast; identify trends, variances, and drivers.
• Develop FP&A tools and dashboards to track KPIs including revenue mix, gross margin, service contract profitability, DSO, and working capital.
• Support functional leaders on ad-hoc analysis and recurring reports.
