Clean Harbors is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee lifecycle management of asset groups (e.g., boilers, pumps, generators) used in service operations. Responsibilities include designing preventative maintenance cycles, PM monitoring, and software administration.

You will influence lifecycle positioning decisions, evaluate asset requests, and support cost reduction and uptime improvements. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with maintenance, management, and operations are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Facilities, CMMS)
• 2–3 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Negotiation skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Solid project management skills, cross-functional environment
• Travel <10%

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement of asset performance incl. failure analysis and PM monitoring.
• Assist management with lifecycle positioning decisions and long-term logistics.
• Evaluate asset requests and propose best option (refurbish, buy, lease).
• Prepare and maintain reports on maintenance, utilization, depreciation and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs and PM schedules for asset class.
• Provide expert asset management advice to maintenance and ops staff.
• Stay updated on advances in asset categories.
• Manage Asset Management Workbench (transfers, rentals, surplus, refurbishments, growth).
• Other duties as assigned.
