Job summary

Asphalt Materials, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Maintenance & Reliability Manager to build and coordinate the maintenance management program across its 23 facilities.

You will drive CMMS adoption, establish data structures, and shape a phased improvement roadmap in collaboration with Operations and EH&S. Responsibilities include leading preventive and predictive maintenance for hot oil/thermal systems, pumps, piping, and blending equipment; setting spare parts strategy; and defining KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role in bulk liquid/chemical operations.
• Experience maturing maintenance/reliability programs; CMMS implementation.
• Experience with multi-site rollout and data build-out.

Responsibilities

• Conduct baseline maintenance and reliability assessment across all 23 facilities.
• Lead CMMS deployment across all 23 facilities, including asset hierarchies and data entry standards.
• Develop phased, multi-year roadmap for maintenance program across the facility network.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for hot oil/thermal systems, pumps, piping, and blending equipment.
• Establish spare parts inventory strategy and upkeep across facilities.
• Define baseline maintenance KPIs and establish regular leadership reporting cadence.
