Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inventory Procurement Coordinator for a fully onsite role in West LA. The position is temporary (4–6 months) with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, offering hourly pay between $25 and $28.

The role focuses on facilitating recording, tracking, accounting, and reporting of the agency's assets inventory, with responsibilities including asset counting, data entry, and records management.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum of procurement and inventory management experience.
• At least one year in an environment that adheres to State and Federal procurement guidelines.
• Two years minimum in general office/administrative support work.
• Non-profit experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Count, record, track, and classify assets.
• Update asset management system for type, quantity, location, and value of capitalized and controlled assets, making appropriate data base changes.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in coding of assets.
• Identify assets previously not recorded and barcode non-coded assets.
• Track and record transfers of assets between organizational units.
• Identify and record records to archive.
• Assist with records management.
