Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and inventory coordinator to oversee equipment transfers and ensure accurate stock levels across sites. You will work with warehouse teams to manage substitutions and approve inter-location transfers.

This role requires AV knowledge plus solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad) and experience with R2. A strong work ethic and ability to drive processes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Audio Visual including video, LED, lighting and audio.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, R2.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all orders and decide transfers or sub-rentals.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Leads and Operations on substitutions.
• Write and approve transfers between locations and warehouses.
• Forecast flows to optimize site usage vs. sub-renting.
• Create flow sheets so teams stay aligned on equipment movements.
