Job summary

Creative Technology Group in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking an inventory and operations coordinator to manage equipment transfers, sub-rent decisions, and flow planning across sites. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, prepare flow sheets, and ensure accurate in/out records in R2 while maintaining overall inventory health.

The role requires flexibility to work after hours to meet project goals and maintain seamless show operations.

Qualifications

General knowledge of Audio Visual that covers video, LED, lighting and audio.
General computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, and R2.
Excellent work ethic; self-motivated.
Occasional after-hours work as needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee all orders and decide transfers or sub-rent options.
Coordinate with Warehouse Leads and Operations for substitutions.
Authorize transfers between locations and warehouses.
Plan flows to optimize site-to-site movement over sub-renting.
Create flow sheets to align Operations and Project Managers.
Ensure gear flows are checked in/out in R2 to maintain inventory.
Oversee purchase orders for securing sub-rented equipment.
Monitor the transfer page in R2 for proper receipts and cancellations.
Coordinate pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets with the Warehouse Manager.
Conduct cycle counts and full-scale inventory with Inventory Control.
