Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to oversee transfers and sub-rentals of AV equipment. You will work with Warehouse Leads and Operations to ensure substitutions, timely communications to Sales and Project Managers, and accurate stock levels across sites.

The role requires strong knowledge of Audio Visual components and proficient computer skills. Expect occasional after-hours work to meet goals and tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and transfer workflows within a warehouse or production environment.
• Familiarity with Audio Visual components (video, LED, lighting, audio).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn Notepad quickly.
• Experience coordinating transfers, sub-rentals, and PO processing with warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all orders and decides transfers and sub-rental needs.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Leads and Operations for substitutions and communications to Sales/Project Managers.
• Documents transfers and approves movements between locations and warehouses.
• Generates transfer flow sheets to align Operations and Project Managers.
• Ensures accurate check-in/check-out in R2 and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Oversees Purchase Orders issued by the depot for securing sub-rented equipment.
• Monitors transfers on the R2 transfer page and handles cancellations when scope changes.
• Coordinates pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets with Warehouse Manager.
• Performs cycle counts and full inventory of assets with Inventory Control.
• Stays on top of inventory movements to keep site inventory accurate.

• Oversees all orders and decides what will be transferred and/or sub-rented. Flowing equipment from/to shows and/or warehouses are also considerations.
• Works closely with Warehouse Leads and Operations to ensure that all substitutions and changes are available if offered up to Sales and/or Project Managers.
• Writes transfers from other locations and vice-versa approves transfers from other warehouses.
• Looks ahead and sees where possible flows from site make sense as opposed to sub-renting.
• Follows up and creates flow sheets so Operations and Project Managers are all on the same page of all CT equipment being flowed.
• Ensures that flows of gear are properly checked in and checked out in R2 to keep inventory correct.
• Oversees all Purchase Orders issued by set depot for the purposes of securing sub-rented equipment.
• Stays on top of the transfer page in R2 ensures that transfers have been properly received to keep accurate inventory for set location. This includes possible transfer cancellations should a job scope change.
• In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, coordinates pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets.
• In conjunction with Inventory Control, conducts cycle counts and full-scale inventory of assets.

Requirements

• Must have general knowledge of all aspect of Audio Visual including, Video, LED, Lighting and Audio.
• Must have general computer knowledge including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, R2
• Must have an excellent work ethic and be able to self-motivate.
• The position will sometimes require extra work on off hours to achieve all goals set for any given time period.
