You will coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects, manage schedules, materials, and documentation under the Construction Manager, and help drive safety and efficiency in a busy industrial environment. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in industrial construction, maintenance, repair, or field coordination.
• Experience with industrial facilities (power, steel, manufacturing, etc.).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and repair docs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors, crews, materials, and docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital project tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate repair and construction activities in the field.
• Plan field activities, scheduling, logistics, and work sequencing.
• Communicate with contractors, inspectors, client personnel, and Orbital teams.
• Track progress and report schedule impacts to the Construction Manager.
• Support outage and shutdown activities as needed.
• Assist with repair work packages and QA/QC documentation.
