Job summary

Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to support Asset Integrity program execution for a local client in Pittsburgh, PA.

This on-site role leads day-to-day field repair activities, coordinating field teams, contractors, and client personnel to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project goals. The Construction Manager translates inspection findings into actionable repair scopes, manages budgets and schedules, and supports QA/QC documentation and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in construction coordination or industrial repair execution.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (power, oil and gas, refining, etc.).
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects.
• Serve as primary field contact, aligning with scope, safety, and client expectations.
• Plan daily field operations including access, scheduling, logistics, and sequencing.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedule performance, and communicate status to leadership.
• Support outage and shutdown execution as needed.
