Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Florida seeks a senior Finance professional to oversee financial reporting and asset management.

You will coordinate internal and external reporting, prepare Flash Financial Statements and monthly management packages for executives and the Board, and manage the lifecycle of inventory, fixed assets, and PP&E to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting. Requires 7–10 years in public accounting or corporate reporting, 5 years of supervisory experience, CPA preferred, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Public Accounting and/or corporate reporting.
• Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and reporting for asset management activities (inventory, fixed assets, PP&E).
• Manage tracking, reporting, and valuation to ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports related to asset management.
• Develop schedules for asset acquisitions, disposals and transfers with proper capitalization and depreciation.
• Coordinate asset reconciliations, physical counts, and audits.
• Lead interactions with external auditors on asset management matters.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes for asset transactions.
