Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain program financial plans, forecast accuracy, and align operations with financial outcomes.

You will partner with Program Management, Planning, Operations and Finance to drive budgeting and reporting across multiple programs. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or program finance, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel and Oracle ERP skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, program finance, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program financial plans and forecasts.
• Liaise between Finance, Planning, Operations and Program Management.
• Monitor progress of program requirements and cost/revenue performance.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Conduct variance, risk, and profitability analyses.
• Identify and drive process improvements in reporting and data flows.
• Handle complex financial analysis and non-routine reporting.
