Job summary

Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking a qualified professional to oversee statewide non-movable asset data in the Maintenance Management System. The role requires extensive knowledge of AgileAssets, LaGov ERP Plant Maintenance, and asset data governance.

Responsibilities include managing a team of asset specialists, implementing new asset types, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining data accuracy through QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in the development, implementation, or administration of a transportation or safety program or related fields.
• Experience with asset data management and QA/QC
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage statewide asset data maintenance and QA/QC processes.
• Lead data model development for new asset types in MMS.
• Coordinate with HQ, districts, Agile Assets, GIS, and stakeholders to support operations and budgeting.
• Develop data-collection tools, procedures, and training for statewide inventory.
• Support MQA Program and provide emergency/disaster data support as needed.
