Responsibilities

• Oversee state office asset management operations including acquisitions, inventory accountability, reconciliation, reporting, and disposal activities.
• Coordinate yearly physical inventories and ensure asset verification and compliance.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Create training materials and deliver virtual and in-person training to staff.
