Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Asset Data Specialist who will manage preventative and corrective maintenance data using CMMS tools and GPS-based asset data collection in Fall River, MA. You will coordinate with managers and supervisors to plan shutdowns, train on data capture, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Utility Cloud or equivalent CMMS programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ESRI GIS, Google Sheets.
• Experience with scheduling, including the ability to track maintenance requirements and performance.
• Physical ability to perform field data collection.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Utility Cloud, and equivalent CMMS software to manage and log executed preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee and manage the scheduling of required preventative maintenance, including determining the frequency, materials, and tools needed as directed by managers.
• Organize and coordinate scheduled preventative maintenance procedures, working with managers and supervisors to plan for any necessary shutdowns, bypasses, and regulatory authority notifications.
• Implement Inframark’s established preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and ensure all maintenance activities are captured and documented in CMMS.
• Meet with managers and supervisors to review schedules as needed.
• Provide weekly lists of preventive maintenance reports to Inframark management.
• Work with managers and supervisors and other technical staff to ensure all necessary data is acquired and integrated into the maintenance schedule with minimal disruption.
• Incorporate new materials and equipment into the preventative and corrective maintenance schedules as needed.
• Field acquisition of asset data using GPS and other provided equipment.
