Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Asset Data Specialist (Finance) to manage preventive and corrective maintenance data across facilities. You will log activities in the CMMS, coordinate with managers, and ensure accurate, timely reporting of scheduling information.

Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Utility Cloud, Excel, GIS tools, and related software. Field data collection experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Utility Cloud or other CMMS platforms.
• Experience with scheduling maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform field data collection.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use CMMS to manage and log preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee scheduling of preventive maintenance, determining frequency, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate shutdowns, bypasses, and regulatory notifications with managers.
• Implement and document the preventive maintenance schedule in CMMS.
• Attend schedule review meetings with managers and supervisors.
• Provide weekly preventive maintenance reports to management.
• Gather data in the field using GPS and other equipment.
