Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of corporate banking experience; asset-based lending a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze borrower financial statements, collateral, and liquidity.
• Experience with borrowing bases, collateral monitoring, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Credit Oversight: Monitor borrower performance and credit quality.
• Credit Underwriting & Analysis: Prepare detailed credit memoranda and risk assessments.
• Collateral Management: Ensure collateral is appraised and monitored; adjust reserves as needed.
• Relationship & Business Support: Partner with Loan Officers to support clients and grow relationships.
• Special Assets & Risk Management: Monitor high-risk credits and participate in workout strategies.
• Agency and Syndicated Lending: Manage syndicated facilities and coordinate communications.
• Compliance & Operational Excellence: Ensure policy compliance and support audits.
