Rockland Trust in Massachusetts is seeking a Construction Portfolio Manager to oversee the bank's construction loan portfolio, ensuring projects are funded, on schedule, and within scope.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or construction credit experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical/time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review and setup loans in Construct with loan officers.
• Create and maintain Construct access IDs and manage relationships.
• Oversee construction portfolio status and validate project progress.
• Coordinate workflow and schedule field inspections.
• Approve draw requests based on third-party reports and budgets.
• Assist in quarter-end and audit documentation.
