Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a Construction Portfolio Manager to oversee the bank's construction loan portfolio, ensure funding aligns with project scope and schedules, and manage draw processes. You will work with Loan Officers and third-party inspectors to validate project status and funding needs.

The role emphasizes analytical risk management, attention to detail, and collaboration across the Construction Management and Lending Centers to deliver timely, accurate funding.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or construction credit experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Team oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Learn and master Construct, the cloud based construction application for all loans.
• Review and set up commercial loans in Construct with documentation in place.
• Provide operational oversight of the construction portfolio and monitor project status.
• Coordinate inspections, funding requisitions, and draw requests in Construct.
• Approve construction advances based on third-party reviews and budgets.
• Support quarter-end reports and audit documentation reviews.
