Job summary

Default Brand is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Early Reach program to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the e-DECA assessment system. The role ensures staff have access, data is entered correctly, and reports are available to guide coaching and instructional practices.

You will coordinate CLASS assessments, schedule activities, track data, and connect results to coaching and Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).

Qualifications

• Bachelors or better in Education or related field.
• 3 years experience in early childhood program implementation, assessments, or quality initiatives with e-DECA or similar tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data systems, and reporting tools; ability to analyze information and draw actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support assessment and quality improvement activities: implement core assessment and quality processes (e-DECA, CLASS, SIPs); manage scheduling, access, data tracking, and documentation to align with goals and compliance.
• Maintain organized data systems and generate clear reports and dashboards highlighting trends and insights to support coaching and decision-making.
• Manage projects and facilitate cross-team coordination across Early REACH teams; maintain timelines and documentation; ensure clear communication among coaches, managers, evaluators and partners.
• Support professional development and team activities: organize learning, coaching, and training opportunities; assist with materials and logistics to ensure smooth operations and alignment with quality efforts.
