The role runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a starting pay of $17.61 per hour and a temp-to-hire path. Primary duties include foam insertion, demolding, mold cleanliness, and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in electrical/mechanical roles, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Steel-toed boots are required; heavy lifting up to 70 lbs may be necessary.

Schedule: M-Th, 4AM-2PM

Duties/Responsibilities

• Shoot foam into molding, tuck and trim in, line mold with film
• De-mold product and place in part bin for secondary processing
• Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure quality assurance of molded cushions
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects in the assembly process

Required Qualifications
