Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Worker for the 1st shift in West Chester, OH (ZIP 45246). The role runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a starting pay of $17.61 per hour and a temp-to-hire path. Primary duties include foam insertion, demolding, mold cleanliness, and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in electrical/mechanical roles, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Steel-toed boots are required; heavy lifting up to 70 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of Electrical/Mechanical experience.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Shoot foam into molding, tuck and trim in, line mold with film.
• De-mold product and place in part bin for secondary processing.
• Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure quality assurance of molded cushions.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or defects in the assembly process.
• Document assembly processes, test results, and any quality issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (6S).
• Record production data daily.
• Assist with training less qualified employees.
• Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds required; must meet physical demands.
