Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Electrical and/or mechanical experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a key team member in assembling and processing molded products.
• Glue assembly, bagger machines, foam dispensing, and mold trimming/lining.
• De-mold products and place in bins for further processing.
• Maintain mold cleanliness for quality assurance.
• Identify and address discrepancies or defects in assembly.
• Document assembly, test results, and quality issues.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work area and 6S standards.
• Record daily production data.
• Assist in training less experienced teammates.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
