Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
