Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional technical training, certification, or an Associate degree in a manufacturing, mechanical, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, technical documents, and blueprints.
  • Strong basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, measurements, and calculations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
  • Experience working with inventory control, material handling, and component assembly.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments in a production environment.
  • Proven work history with reliable attendance and strong job performance.
  • Resume required for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading experience.
  • Experience using tools such as screwdrivers, ratchets, torque wrenches, drills, impact wrenches, grinders, sanders, and measuring devices.
  • Forklift, aerial lift, basket lift, or overhead crane certification preferred; ability to obtain certifications after hire.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Frequently work in manufacturing environments with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, vibration, heat, cold, humidity, and other industrial conditions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas.

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
