Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Worker for a 1-2 month temporary project in Macedonia. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm, 10-hour shifts, with potential for long-term employment for high performers. You will participate in building assemblies, verifying components, and maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates read rulers accurately, identify colors, and follow drawings with precision. Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail are essential to meet tight deadlines and safety

• Inspect crimps and solders for visual quality
• Meet build standards and deadlines
• Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements

Assembly Worker – Temporary Project

Location: Macedonia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm

Duration: 1-2 month contract to support a large order. Opportunity for long-term employment if performance and fit are excellent!

Position Overview:

Join our Build Team as an Assembly Worker! Help us meet a big order with hands-on, precise work. If you like the job and the company, there’s potential to transition into a permanent Assembler role and expand your career.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to work order, drawings, and quality requirements
• Verify cables, wires, and parts against bill of material and drawing specs
• Accurately read ruler and measure cable/wire cut lengths
• Build assemblies per instructions and quality specifications
• Perform first piece connector assembly testing for electrical continuity
