Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking an Assembly I for our Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will operate and maintain stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts according to specifications, following established procedures.

You will use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and verify components with measuring devices, ensuring tolerances and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and teamwork in a safety‑driven

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and blueprints.
• Comfort with basic computer use for data entry.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to follow documented work instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts following specifications.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and quality standards.
• Repair or refit parts that fail tests and maintain workflow pace.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a production setting.
