Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in Tempe, AZ for a full-time, contract-to-hire role on the 2nd shift. The position is onsite at Tempe, AZ 85281, with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour.

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and 0–3 years of related experience, plus J-Standard soldering experience. Duties include assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components, reading blueprints, and ensuring tolerances per specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years related experience.
• J-Standard soldering experience required.

Assembly Technician

Client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician.

Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire Duration: 12months. Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite/2nd Shift).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Education & Experience

Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. J-Standard soldering experience. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Salary & Benefits

Pay Range*: $19-$21/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
