Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician for a full-time contract-to-hire role in Tempe, AZ. You will perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly, interpret technical specifications, and execute wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing to blueprint tolerances.

Pay range is $22-$23 per hour. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience (or an associate degree with 0–2 years), and an active J-STD certification.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for anAssembly TechnicianPosition Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 12 months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281

As anAssembly Technician, you will:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Active J STD Certification.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
