ManpowerGroup client in North Kingstown, RI is seeking an Assembly Technician to join the production team. The candidate will assemble high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products, use blueprints for precise dimensions, and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of experience preferred, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel). The role begins on 2nd shift with training on the first shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Preferred exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Stationary supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively as a team player, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd Shift (will start on 1st for training)

What's the Job?

• Assemble high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products to written specifications

• Crate and package finished products for shipment

• Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels

• Select and use a wide variety of precision measuring and checking equipment

• Participate in continuous improvement projects that positively affect safety, quality, and productivity

What's Needed?

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred

• Demonstrated mechanical and mathematical aptitude

• Preferred exposure to a manufacturing environment

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
